Refund Policy
Our products are produced on demand which means each item is custom-made after your order is placed. As a result:

All sales are final. Unfortunately, we’re not able to accept cancellations or returns.

However, we understand that issues can arise. If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item:

Please contact us as soon as possible, ideally within a few days of receiving your order, at support (at) chrisluno.com

If the item is confirmed to be faulty or incorrectly fulfilled, we will either:

  • Send you a replacement, or
  • Issue a full refund of the purchase price if a replacement is not possible. 

We will process any refund via the same payment method you used during checkout. 

When we issue refunds or replacements:

  • We’ll notify you with an email confirmation once your request has been processed.
  • The refunded amount will include the product price only; shipping is not refunded.
  • It may take a few business days for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund.

Additional Notes:

  • Please provide photos and a detailed description of the issue—this helps us speed up the verification process.
  • If a package is lost in transit, contact us immediately. We will work with Creator Studio and the carrier to locate your order or, if necessary, issue a replacement or refund.
  • Refunds and replacements are issued at our discretion, once the claim has been validated.
