All products in our store are produced and shipped on demand. That means your items are only made after you place an order – helping us reduce overproduction and operate more sustainably.
Production & Handling Time
Once your order is placed, it is automatically sent to the nearest production facility.
Production typically takes 1–3 business days.
After production, your order is prepared for shipment and handed over to the shipping carrier.
Shipping & Delivery Time
Orders are shipped globally using a network of local fulfillment hubs (e.g. in the EU and UK) and reliable carriers.
Estimated delivery times:
- Germany & EU: approx. 3–7 business days
- International: approx. 7–21 business days
Please note that delays may occur due to customs, holidays, or peak periods.
Shipping Costs
Shipping is always free – worldwide. No minimum order value, no hidden fees.
Order Tracking
As soon as your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. You can check your shipping status at any time using the tracking number provided.
Shipping Regions & Limitations
We ship to over 200 countries worldwide. Depending on your location, delivery may take longer due to local conditions.
Please note: Orders shipped to the US are currently only fulfilled from outside the US.
